Patricia “Patty” Vande Voort: I am the Administrator of Business & Stewardship. I assist Father Bob by managing and coordinating all the business of the parish by actively participating with the councils and committees to carry out the mission of the parish. Sara Van Heuklon: I am the Executive Assistant to Fr. Bob & Patty Vande Voort. Duties include calendaring, meeting agendas, and parishioner correspondence. I am the contact for marriage preparation couples, employment paperwork, background checks, and VIRTUS training for parish and school, and processing facility rentals. René Smits: I am the Communications Coordinator. I am the editor of Holy Spirit’s weekly Essentials bulletin and the monthly Connections newsletter. I update the parish website, Facebook page, calendars, and other media. Jeanne Konwal: I am the Scrip Recordkeeper. I order/track Scrip, post Scrip credits earned, answer any Scrip questions 24/7, assist people in learning how to use virtual Scrip, update the Scrip portion of the parish website, create and update Scrip order forms, and run month-end financial reports. Sherrie Grogan: I am the Maintenance Supervisor of school and parish buildings and Sexton for Holy Name Cemetery.
