Holy Spirit Parish Cemeteries

Columbariums have been installed in both the Holy Angel and the Holy Name Cemeteries.

Catholics may be cremated. Cremated remains should be kept in a "sacred place" such as in a columbarium in a church cemetery.

A columbarium has niches, which are for containing the ashes after someone has been cremated. The ashes are typically in an urn or other container, which is placed into the
columbarium niche and then sealed. The niches come in various sizes.
